Wedding and Reception 

Pricing for wedding and reception $2500. Plus $200 refundable 
Damage deposit. Hold your date $500. when sign contract.

This price includes seating for ceremony. Barn reception has tables, chairs, table linen for all tables.

Access Friday 6 hours to decorate and rehearsal.
Sat 8am if needed till midnight, music off at 11pm, with everyone out by midnight. Sunday 2 hours before noon to finish pickup and cleaning.

Reception barn seating up to 200 guest including wedding party. Full capacity of barn 200.  Bar Area has refrigerator and small freezer.  2 tubs for kegs.
We don't allow flames of any type including food stenos.
Alcohol is allowed with insurance rider.
You can bring your own vendors. 
 Barn has NO running water, ac, or heat. We do have large fans.
Barn has no food prep area or kitchen.
